Mark leads program design, implementation, and operations. He oversees medical information programs staffed by pharmacists, nurses, and customer service specialists. Mark has in-depth knowledge of medical programs, including the nuances of medical information and compliance regulations.

He became vice president of WRB in 2003. He began at the company more than 20 years ago as a program manager of medical information and medical affair programs. Mark has also served as director of operations. Before joining WRB, he spent 11 years as a cardiac care nurse in clinical settings. He chaired the Critical Care Standards of Practice Committee at Inova Fairfax Hospital, leading key changes in clinical practice and procedures.

Mark has a master’s degree in information management from Marymount University, a bachelor’s degree in health care management from George Mason University, and an associate degree in nursing from Shepherd College.
